Last Updated: August 3, 2026

These Terms & Conditions, referred to as the “Terms,” govern your access to and use of the website operated by The Final Detail, INC, doing business as Final Detail Painting.

In these Terms, “Final Detail Painting,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Final Detail, INC. “You” and “your” refer to each visitor, customer, prospective customer, or other person who accesses the website or communicates with us through it.

1. About Final Detail Painting

Final Detail Painting provides residential and commercial painting and related property-improvement services in Southwest Florida.

Our services may include:

  • Residential interior painting
  • Residential exterior painting
  • Commercial painting
  • Cabinet painting and refinishing
  • Epoxy and decorative floor coatings
  • Surface preparation
  • Painting of doors, trim, ceilings, walls, and other surfaces
  • Color and product consultations
  • Other services described in an estimate, proposal, or contract

The availability, scope, price, timing, and terms of any service are determined through a separate written estimate, proposal, work order, or contract.

Information on this website is provided for general informational and promotional purposes. It does not constitute a binding offer to perform services at a particular price or within a particular timeframe.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a binding agreement through this website.

By using the website, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
  • The information you provide is accurate
  • You are authorized to request information or services for the property identified in your submission

When you use the website on behalf of a company, property owner, property manager, condominium association, homeowners association, trust, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

3. Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website in violation of any applicable law
  • Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete information
  • Impersonate another person or organization
  • Submit information about a property without proper authority
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems
  • Interfere with the website’s operation, security, or availability
  • Introduce malware, viruses, malicious code, or harmful technology
  • Scrape, copy, harvest, or extract website content or data through automated means without written permission
  • Use the website to send unsolicited advertising, spam, or abusive communications
  • Attempt to bypass security features or access restrictions
  • Use our name, content, photographs, or branding in a misleading manner
  • Use the website in a way that could damage Final Detail Painting or another person

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the website when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

4. Estimate and Contact Requests

The website may allow you to request an estimate, consultation, appointment, callback, or additional information.

Submitting a request does not:

  • Guarantee that we will accept the project
  • Create a contractor-customer relationship
  • Create a binding agreement
  • Reserve a place on our schedule
  • Guarantee a particular price
  • Guarantee a particular start or completion date
  • Require Final Detail Painting to perform any service

We may need to inspect the property, speak with you, review photographs, confirm measurements, evaluate surface conditions, or obtain additional information before providing an estimate.

We may decline an inquiry or project for any lawful reason, including:

  • The property is outside our service area
  • The requested work is outside our service scope
  • The project does not meet our scheduling requirements
  • Site conditions make the work impractical or unsafe
  • Required information is unavailable
  • We cannot reach the person requesting the estimate
  • The requester is not authorized to approve the work
  • We do not have appropriate availability

5. Website Estimates and Pricing Information

Any prices, ranges, cost guides, calculators, examples, or pricing information displayed on the website are estimates for general informational purposes unless expressly identified in a signed written agreement as a binding price.

Actual pricing may vary based on factors such as:

  • Property size
  • Surface area
  • Number of rooms
  • Ceiling height
  • Surface type
  • Existing paint color
  • Selected paint color
  • Number of coats required
  • Paint and coating products
  • Surface condition
  • Preparation requirements
  • Repairs
  • Primer requirements
  • Accessibility
  • Furniture or contents
  • Doors, trim, cabinets, and architectural details
  • Project schedule
  • Labor requirements
  • Material costs
  • Site conditions
  • Changes to the requested scope

An online calculator or preliminary estimate is not a final quote.

The controlling price and scope will be stated in the written estimate, proposal, work order, change order, or contract accepted by Final Detail Painting and the customer.

6. Separate Service Agreements

These Terms govern use of the website. They are not intended to replace a project-specific estimate, proposal, work order, contract, warranty, or other service agreement.

Before work begins, Final Detail Painting may require a separate written agreement that addresses matters such as:

  • Scope of work
  • Included and excluded surfaces
  • Surface preparation
  • Products and finishes
  • Color selections
  • Project price
  • Deposits
  • Payment schedule
  • Start and completion estimates
  • Customer responsibilities
  • Access to the property
  • Changes to the work
  • Delays
  • Warranties
  • Cancellation
  • Dispute procedures
  • Other project-specific terms

When these website Terms conflict with a signed project-specific agreement, the signed project-specific agreement controls concerning that project.

7. Scheduling and Project Dates

Any dates discussed through the website, telephone, email, or text message are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in a signed written agreement.

Project dates may be affected by:

  • Weather
  • Rain or humidity
  • Surface moisture
